1. Valid Return Time Window

All products purchased from vincecamutoshop.it.com support free return within 60 calendar days counting from the date customers receive the parcel. Requests submitted beyond the 60-day limit will not be accepted for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Items qualified for full refund must meet all the following standards:
  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged without stains, scratches or deformation
  • Complete with original brand tags, packaging, accessories and dust bags attached
  • Not categorized as final clearance exclusive limited items (marked separately on product page)

    We reserve the right to reject return requests if goods show obvious signs of wear, missing parts or artificial damage after inspection.

3. Free Return Shipping Service

Our platform covers all return shipping fees for customers. After you submit a return application, we will send a prepaid return label and detailed sending instructions to your registered email address within 24 hours. You only need to securely pack the goods and deliver the parcel to designated logistics outlets without extra payment.

4. Refund Processing Cycle

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will initiate full refund procedures within 1 working day. The fund will be returned to your original payment account within 5 to 10 working days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of your payment provider, and we are not responsible for bank transfer delays.

5. Refund Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned or refunded: perfumes, cosmetic scented goods, customized accessories, and heavily discounted flash sale items clearly labeled non-refundable on product detail pages.
